Studies show that the larger the quantity of information that the employer reads
about you before visual contact
the greater chance of being hired.
Why? You are
providing a huge quantity of items that the employer can relate to, or need, or be impressed by, or simply be interested in.
Each is a "contact point" or
"marginal competitive advantage." Our recommendation is
that you concentrate on getting as much information
about yourself on paper. Spend less of your limited
hours on how perfect it looks.
Another advice is, use the watermark facility on your

word processor to put a "draft
copy" stamp on every page. You will make it clear that
this is a rush update (forgivable). It warns the reader
that some items might not be perfectly clear. This gives
you a chance to update it in the future (tomorrow night!). Most important it allows you to focus on getting that all quantity important data out onto paper and into the employer's hands..
Remember that you have two weapons to develop - the biography or c.v. and the resume. The c.v.-biography gives you the quantity. The resume is a 1-3 page very light summary. We are going to give you all the power of the cv-biography.
