One of the major mistakes made by serious job hunters is the whole meaning of the word 'Resume.' The word ‘Resume’ means summary. Summaries will not get you the edge you deserve to get the job you want. You physically do not have enough room to explain your story. Resumes, in their present format, are one to three pages. They are a product of the 1950’s. They do not meet today's needs. You need something much stronger.
