WRONG!!!!

Yes, many people begin their salary negotiation by saying "I'm making more where I am now, than the amount you're offering."

No matter how nicely you say it, you're really saying to the employer, "You're wrong, stupid. You don't know how much I'm worth!"

What has just happened?  Again, the first time you have a discussion with your future employer, you're telling him/her s/he's a dummy!

Instead, say "_________….."  See, no conflict!
