I will be starting my new career at Sprint
next week thanks to the support guidance, and encouragement I got from
you and your team. I originally came into 4MinutesToTheJob hoping
only to put a good resume together and to move on with my own job
search.
I must admit that I got more than I
bargained for. The process of preparing my resume, although at times
difficult and frustrating, began to build confidence in my abilities –
some abilities that I never really thought I had. As we moved from
resume preparation through to interviewing skills, my confidence in my
abilities and myself grew.
By far
the most effective part of this training was the use of
the SPAR-B to answer
questions at the interview.
